We usually can make it to your home the same day depending on your needs, we work with a time window system of 1-2 hour arrival time. This allows us to be flexible and make sure we meet the demands of every household or business that we clean.

To ensure top quality service, we ask that you pick up any items like clothes, toys, etc. before we arrive. If there is any pets at home, we also ask that you find a safe place for them so they’re comfortable while we clean. 

Yes! before any clean we need a organized environment, any clothes, toys, books, boxes, etc. need to be picked up before any clean.

We have additional fees to organize and pick up items in your house, if you would like this help we ask that you notify us prior to the arrival.

The first time you will need to be there, this by experience is something we know it will be helpful to you in order to avoid any miscommunication. Afterwards we can communicate and work around your schedule and needs. If for some reason you wont be present  we must be notified prior to arrival. Again this helps us  adapt accordingly, we work as a team communication constantly. 

We have years of experience and while know this most likely will not be the case, a supervisor we will work with you in the event that this occurs. Our customer service line is always available for you to call us.

We have years of experience and strive to perform each visit at the highest level.  We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied with our cleaning service. We have a unique customer satisfaction system that consists of our Supervisor following up with you before and days after the service has been completed. Our system allows us to keep communication flowing & helping us keep you happy.

Yes we do, We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave.  If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do what we can make it happen.

  • Depending on your cleaning needs, environment and lifestyle we have a recurring house cleaning options for you: once a week, Bi-weekly, or once a month. The more frequency to your cleaning, the better the discount for you. We work around your schedule and never put you into any contracts.

It depends on the size of your home and amount of rooms we need to clean. Usually for a deep clean we recommend sending a team of 2 house cleaners. Our teams have been working with each other for years on a regular basis, This really helps, simplifies & speeds up the cleaning process while saving you time.  If we are doing recurring maintenance cleaning, we usually do it with one cleaner. 

If its your choice to tip , yes we encourage it. Our service professionals have been giving high quality service for years and a good tip its always rewarding and motivational for them.
